The Haunting is one of the greatest film of all time of Fantasy category. I watched many movies in my life, over 10k in total... An extraordinary performance, a unique atmosphere and a remarkable plot that leaves reflection - that's what puts the film The Haunting on the highest shelf. I'm big fan of Fantasy movies from Robert Wise. You do not have to fall in love with a Fantasy to enjoy this movie. The atmosphere I created in that room last week was great. The film follows Dr. John Markway, an anthropologist with an interest in psychic phenomena, who invites two women to a haunted mansion. One of the participants soon starts losing her mind.
